Blind audition closes for 'Voice of China' with great expectation
THE fourth season of popular reality competition series "The Voice of China" finished the recording of its blind audition phase on Wednesday.
The jury panel said they are impressed by the talent of many grassroots contestants.
Jay Chou, well-known Taiwanese singer and composer is one of the four judges.
He said that he is looking for singers who have a real talent and passion for music.
"I hope they will not lose their individuality after shining on this stage," Chou added. "My advice to them is just be yourself."
The show airs on Zhejiang Satellite TV every Friday night.
In following competition rounds, contestants from different teams will be disorganized in a more tough battle.
Winners of the show will be chosen to perform at an original Broadway musical featuring Chou's music scores.
