Boy, 15, slays family of 3 for reporting his thefts

A 15-year-old boy murdered a family of three to take revenge on the husband who reported his thefts to police and led to his disgrace, police in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, said today.
The boy identified as Xiao Wei shot the husband surnamed Huang and his wife with three homemade shotguns and hacked their son to death on the night of March 3.
Then he robbed more than 40,000 yuan (US$6,340) in cash from Huang's safe and dumped the shotguns. He hid the cash in a shoe box in a utility room, police said.
Xiao Wei said he stole goods from Huang's grocery store several times and Huang reported him to the police. He felt disgraced and decided to vent his anger on Huang, police said.
But the boy remained so calm after the brutal killing. "I've told you everything. Can I go home now," police quoted him as saying.
