A RUNDOWN bridge collapsed, sending four vehicles plummeting into the river and injuring two drivers yesterday in Xiangcheng, Henan Province. An overloaded sand truck drove onto the Fenheban Bridge, causing the bridge to collapse, said the city's publicity bureau. The truck, a mini van, taxi, and another medium-sized truck fell into the river. The bridge was built in 1977 and reportedly in a ramshackle state.
