Campus worker seduces students into prostitution

A university utilities worker in Kunming, Yunnan Province allegedly asked girl students to have sex with him and his friends and earn 300 yuan each time, Kunming TV reported today.
Some students told the TV journalist that when they went to the school's utilities office to pay water and electricity bills, they were told by a middle-aged man that they could get 500 yuan worth of water and electricity plus 100 yuan of mobile phone service if they are willing to dine with him.
The man said that if they were "liberal enough" and agreed to stay overnight with his friends, they would be paid 300 yuan each time.
Later, a young female reporter from the TV station pretended to be a college student and met the man. He told her that more than 20 girls had agreed to have dinner with him and he even tried to hold her hands. Their conversation was taped by a hidden recorder.
A university official told the Kunming TV yesterday that they had started an investigation and reported the man to police.
