Chengdu airport closed due to power failure

A POWER failure delayed hundreds of thousands passengers at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport from 10am today, a Chengdu-based Website reported.
All departures were delayed and arrivals were diverted to other cities such as Chongqing Municipality, according to the Newssc.org report.
A 110kV substation broke down at the airport. All the shops in the airport used candles.
The airport was still closed at 4pm today.
