China To Hike European Imports To Help With Debt Crisis
CHINA will increase imports from eurozone countries to help them recover from the debt crisis, Chinese Minister of Commerce Chen Deming said.
"Every year we organize all kinds of small, medium and large-size purchasing groups to Europe, and from now on, we will pay special attention to the eurozone countries," he said in a press conference in Cannes, France, on the sidelines of the two-day G20 summit.
The summit was scheduled to seek consensus and cooperation among the world's major developed and emerging economies in strengthening global financial regulation, reforming the international monetary system and stimulating global economic growth. (Xinhua)
