CHINESE State Councilor Dai Bingguo and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton started today the strategic track of annual high-level talks between the two countries.
The second China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogue, held in the Diaoyutai Guesthouse in Beijing, will last for two days.
The dialogue was initiated by presidents of both countries last year.
