CHINA is a constant victim of cyber attacks, a Ministry of National Defense spokesman said yesterday.
Yang Yujun told reporters that the websites of the ministry and the Chinese military received an average of over 80,000 cyber attacks from overseas each month from January to March. Yang said groundless accusations only increased doubt and spoiled trust between nations.
