A LIST of the candidates for China's top leadership positions was finalized yesterday, according to the presidium of the first session of the 12th National People's Congress.
The list to choose leaders and members of the NPC Standing Committee, president and vice president of the state, and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China will be put to vote at a plenary meeting of the NPC session today.
Nearly 3,000 Chinese lawmakers will vote through a secret ballot to elect and appoint state leaders for the country's legislative, administrative and judicial organs in the next few days.
