China sent two chartered planes last night to bring home its citizens from Kyrgyzstan.
The China Southern Airlines planes arrived in Osh last night and would return early this morning with Chinese students and business people, the Foreign Ministry said. Two more flights will be sent this morning.
Each of the Boeing 737-700 aircraft was capable of carrying 122 passengers, the airlines said. The two planes are expected to bring home about 220 nationals.
