China to accelerate overseas cooperation

CHINA’S State Council yesterday announced a guideline for accelerating the nation’s industrial cooperation with other countries.
The government has issued a list of key sectors in which it wants to enhance cooperation, including steel, non-ferrous metals, construction materials, railways, electric power, chemicals, textiles, automobiles, telecoms, machinery, aviation and aerospace, shipbuilding and maritime engineering.
