China warns firms in Sudan to tighten security

CHINA'S Ministry of Commerce has warned firms operating in Sudan to closely monitor changes in the country's security situation and take stronger precautions to ensure the safety of lives and property.
Rebels seized 29 Chinese workers in the attack on a construction site camp belonging to China's Power Construction Corp on Saturday. There were 47 workers in the camp. Seventeen escaped and one worker is missing.
