CHINESE Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Tokyo this afternoon at the start of an official visit to Japan.
Wen flew in from South Korea's southern resort island of Jeju after winding up an official visit to South Korea and attending the third trilateral summit of China, Japan and South Korea.
