Chinese vessel Haixun 01 intensifies efforts to detect black box

Chinese vessel Haixun 01 has intensified its effort to detect signals emitted from the black box of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 since this morning off the Australian western coast.

Haixun 01 arrived today at the new search area which is to the north of the 1.15 million square-kilometer patch earlier designated by the Australian side, according to a Xinhua correspondent aboard the Chinese search vessel.
