Chinese woman tests positive in South Korea
A Chinese woman living in South Korea has tested positive for MERS, China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission said yesterday.
The 64-year-old had come into close contact with a confirmed patient at the hospital where she works. She is now in an isolation ward undergoing treatment.
The commission said that it was very concerned about the Chinese citizen, one of South Korea’s 108 confirmed cases.
