Chow stars in Hollywood remake of classic

HONG Kong film star Stephen Chow is preparing his first Hollywood film adapted from one of Bruce Lee's kung fu classics with American actress Anne Hathaway, according to today's Chengdu Business Daily.

Chow is remaking one of his idol's classics, "Revenge of the Dragon," renaming it "Tai Chi" and featuring a dishwasher in America who is a master of traditional martial arts.

Anne Hathaway, who starred in "The Devil Wears Prada" will play Chow's lover and Jack Black is also slated to appear.

Chow said he had spent two years polishing the script, which will begin shooting in June.
