IT will either snow or rain over the next three days in southwestern China as a cold snap continues, the National Meteorological Center forecast yesterday.
Meanwhile, temperatures will drop up to 10 degrees Celsius in some ares along the Yellow and Huaihe rivers in the northern regions, according to the forecast.
