KIM Jong Il, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), met with Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo in Pyongyang today.
The two sides reached consensus on bilateral relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula after candid and in-depth talks.
Dai, who arrived here yesterday, also met DPRK Deputy Prime Minister Kang Sok Ju.
