THE Fourth Session of the 12th National People’s Congress, China’s top legislature, will convene in Beijing on March 5.
The decision was made at a meeting of the NPC Standing Committee, which ended in Beijing yesterday.
The suggested agenda includes deliberating a government work report, and examining the 13th five-year plan for economic and social development.
It will also include deliberating a draft charity law and the work reports of the NPC Standing Committee, Supreme People’s Court and Supreme People’s Procuratorate.
