THE deputy head of the Red Cross in Qinghai Province, named only as Nyima, who was under investigation for "economic violations," has died.
The cause of death is unknown, the Oriental Morning Post reported.
An official refused to say whether her death was related to donations after an earthquake in Yushu City last year.
