THE death toll from a factory blast in east China's Jiangsu Province rose to 75 on Monday as a senior official in charge of the country's work safety said "very serious dereliction of duty" was behind the accident.
A total of 185 others were injured in the blast which ripped through a factory in Kunshan City in Jiangsu on Saturday morning.
