Disputes 鈥榥ot an issue鈥

South China Sea disputes will not affect relations between China and ASEAN members, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said yesterday.

China has always held that parties in dispute should seek sound solutions through friendly negotiations on the basis of respecting historical facts and international laws, Li said.

China maintains that South China Sea disputes are not an issue for China and the ASEAN, he added.
