A FRIEND of Hong Kong singer-actor Nicholas Tse has dismissed rumors that Tse and actress wife Cecilia Cheung will divorce today, saying that the couple have reconciled and called each other almost every day.
The friend, only identified as a music producer by Sina.com, China's biggest news portal, yesterday said the couple are enjoying a good relationship now though they had quarrels after Cheung was spotted taking photos and chatting with actor Edison Chen on a Hong Kong-bound flight.
The source admitted that Tse was furious when he first heard about Cheung taking photos with Chen on the flight, but has now forgiven his wife, Sina.com reported.
Cheung and Chen had kept their distance after being involved in an explicit photo scandal in 2008 when Cheung and Tse had been married for two years.
Although the couple, who are shooting films in different places, have kept silent amidst ongoing rumors, their friends and agents have spoken out in public to defend them.
