Drug dealer fails quiz posed by police
A drug trafficker disguised as an undercover reporter failed to answer "what is the lead" and was arrested in Ningbo, eastern Zhejiang Province.
The man surnamed Li told police that he was an investigative reporter when police raided a hotel room where drugs were traded on April 10.
However, police exposed his lie as he didn't know that the word "lead" means the first paragraph of a news story, the Qinjiang Evening News reported today.
Police seized 10 grams of drugs from his car and caught other eight people who were trading and inhaling drugs in the hotel room, the report said.
None of them knew Li's true identity. He turned out to be a jobless man with several houses in Ningbo.
