Eight killed in traffic accident

EIGHT people have been killed in a road accident in northwest China.
The accident happened at a highway in Hezheng County, Gansu Province at 4:50pm yesterday when a coach collided with a van crushing it, Xinhua news agency reported today.
Five died at the scene and three of the four people in the van died later.
The one survivor from the van is in a stable condition in hospital. Police are investigating.
