End Of The Affair
CHINESE couples who find it hard to tell their partners it's over are turning to professional "break-up agents."
On e-commerce platform Taobao.com, agents promise customers they will "set them free from their spouses" by chatting, writing break-up letters and even sending back the gifts the lovers have given each other at the start of their relationship.
The agents charge 10 to 200 yuan (US$31) an hour for breaking the news. Ironically, the agents also offer another service - helping them win the hearts of other men and women.
