Factory fire kills 13, injures 4

THIRTEEN people were killed and another four injured when a fire broke out at an underwear factory in Guangdong Province this morning.
Firemen rescued 28 from the factory in the Chaoyang District of the city's Shantou City after the fire broke out at 7am in the building's first floor, Xinhua news agency reported today.
The fire spread over 202 square meters and was fought by 154 firefighters and 22 fire engines. It was extinguished around 10am.
The injured are in hospital in a serious condition.
Police are investigating.
