DISCIPLINARY official Cai Teigang fell from a tall building and died yesterday in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. The deputy secretary of the disciplinary inspection committee of the Yuncheng Communist Party committee died after falling from his 14th-floor office. He was recently linked to a corruption investigation.
