Five students suspectedly drown when swimming in reservoir

FIVE middle school students drowned in a reservoir in Hunan Province yesterday, according to news portal sohu.com today.
Three students were swimming in the reservoir in Wentang Town, Loudi City, Hunan Province at about 3:28pm on August 1. A villager, surnamed Liu, warned the students not to swim there and then left. When the woman came back, she found the three students to be missing. Liu called 7 adults to search for the three students only to find them already drowned.
And the villagers also discovered dead bodies of other two students in the reservoir during the search.
It’s unclear yet whether the five students were schoolmates and an investigation is under way.
