Flying rocks kill 2 and injure 3 in Henan scenic park

TWO tourists were killed and three injured when a giant rock rolled down a mountain and broke into several missiles that hit stalls selling food and goods to tourists in a scenic spot in central Henan Province, China News Service reported today.
The tragedy happened in the Chongdu Valley Scenic Park around 1:30pm on Saturday. The park has been closed since, a Luanchuan County spokesman said.
The two dead victims were man in their 40s. The three injured were rushed to a local hospital where they are all in stable condition.
Local authorities have started an investigation into the cause of the disaster.
