Focus on MTR safety

Hong Kong’s MTR Corporation has equipped more staff members with body cameras after a surge in the number of assaults by passengers, local media reported yesterday. The company said 40 of its employees were attacked last year, compared with 21 the year before. It is believed the cameras have a calming effect on angry passengers.
