Fog delays flights

DOZENS of flights were delayed and highway traffic affected after heavy fog shrouded parts of north China early yesterday.Visibility was less than 30 meters at Jinan International Airport in Shandong Province, forcing the suspension of inbound and outbound flights in the morning. Fog also hit Hebei Province with the fog, closing several highways.
