THE Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Civil Affairs has allocated 45 million yuan (US$6.83 million) to help areas of southern China deal with icy weather.
Guizhou Province, Hunan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will receive the funds.
