THE 2-year-old female, Xin Yuan, which lived at a conservation center in southwest China’s Sichuan Province, died from respiratory and renal failure. She was raised in an enclosure with her mother Long Xin for a rehabilitation project and was expected to be released in the Liziping Nature Reserve.
