POLICE in Guangzhou, capital of southern Guangdong Province have launched a manhunt for a man who used a sharp object to lacerate the feet of babies in a supermarket.
The man, in his 30s, was seen stalking a woman holding a two-month-old baby and taking something from his pocket to cut the baby's foot, a video footage provided by the Jusco supermarket in Baiyuan District showed.
