Guide dogs on trains

VISUALLY impaired people will be allowed to take guide dogs on trains from May 1, China Railway Corp has said. The rule change came after the company discussed the issue with the China Disabled Persons’ Federation. People with guide dogs need only to inform officials when buying their tickets, or by calling the customer service center not less than 12 hours prior to departure.
