Hefty fine if selling alcohol to juniors

Alcohol dealers will be fined up to 2,000 yuan (US$320.6) for serving underage customers, according to draft rules made by the Ministry of Commerce.
Under the new rules, alcohol dealers must register with their local industrial and commercial bureau within 60 days after they received a business license and fill a form with details about their purchases and sales of alcoholic products.
If they are found providing false information, they will be fined 10,000 yuan.
