Helicopter hijacked over business dispute

A pilot of a utilities aviation company in central Hubei Province hijacked a helicopter of a business rival yesterday over economic disputes, officials said today.
Zhang Hongwei, the boss of Wanli Aviation Company in Pingyuan County, asked his pilot surnamed Wang to get into a helicopter parked in a forest park in nearby Xiajin County yesterday afternoon. The helicopter belongs to Yinyan General Aviation Co Ltd.
Wang forced the helicopter pilot to land his chopper at the helipad of Zhang's company, the county officials said.
No one was hurt in the hijack but Zhang and Wang were held by police for questioning, they said.
The officials said the incident was caused by an economic dispute between the two companies.
