House collapse kills 4 in Shanxi

Four people were killed and another injured when a house collapsed at an orchard in north China's Shanxi Province, authorities said Saturday.

The house collapsed, burying five people, yesterday afternoon at an orchard in Gaojiazhuang Village, Linyi County, said a county government spokesman.

Rescuers pulled the five from debris, but four later died in hospital. The injured person is receiving treatment.

The cause of the case is under investigation.
