Hungarian wingsuit flyer missing after parachute fails to open

A Hungarian wingsuit flyer is missing after he accidentally fell in a test fly for a competition held in Zhangjiajie City, in Hunan Province, this afternoon, China Central Television reported.

The parachute failed to open when he was landing during a test fly, causing the fall.

Local authorities said the place where he was missing was surrounded by cliffs, making the rescue challenging.

A team of rescuers are still searching for him.
