Kilns discovered
ARCHAEOLOGISTS have discovered six kilns that date back to the Sui Dynasty (581-618 AD) and Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD) in the city of Xingtai in north China's Hebei Province, with tools and glazed china pieces found nearby. Kiln technology first emerged in China during the late South-North Dynasty (420-581 AD).
