POLICE in Yangzhou City in east China's Jiangsu Province have seized a suspect over a fatal robbery at a cash machine.
Chen Wei, 27, allegedly stabbed the victim surnamed Wan at a Bank of China ATM and snatched Wan's purse with 2,000 yuan (US$293) in cash, yesterday's Yangtze Evening Post reported.
Chen was caught on camera buying the knife at a Carrefour store and also on cameras at the bank.
