Lion cub finds home in a dog family

AN albino lion cub was born in February at Hangzhou Safari Park but it was milked by a dog because its own mother refused to feed it.

White lions are rare in the world. The zoo workers said they found a dog in a nearby village as the surrogate mother for the lion pup.

They said the mother dog adopted the white lion cub and fed it milk as it did to her own puppies. The lion cub blended well into the dog family.
