A mainland tourist died in a fall from the Yangming Mountain outside Taipei City in Taiwan, local media reported.
The man in his 40s slipped off the mountainside and fell to his death, according to news reports on several Taiwan TV channels.
Earlier on April 5, another mainland tourist from Anhui Province fell off a stairway as he was taking pictures inside the National Palace Museum in Taipei. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
