TWO Chinese men wanted on charges of illegally obtaining public funds have been arrested in Malaysia and returned to China after a two-year international manhunt, the Ministry of Public Security said in a statement yesterday, without giving details of the charges. Gong Yinwen and Fan Jiecong had moved through many countries, including the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia.
