Man arrested for murdering ex-wife, daughter, 3 in-laws
A man who murdered his ex-wife, his daughter and three in-laws in Dingtao County, eastern Shandong Province was arrested in central Hunan Province on Saturday.
The killer surnamed Mu broke into the house of his in-laws on January 28 and hacked the whole family to death to vent his frustration over his wife's decision for divorce.
The outraged man killed his ex-wife, his daughter, father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law, and burned their bodies after the murder, the local Qilu Evening News reported today.
Mu then fled to Zhangjiajie, a tourist city in Hunan Province to escape police arrest. He was caught on Saturday and was brought back to Dingtao to face criminal charges, the report said.
