Man climbs through hole in a wall to steal cash from China Post

A man climbed through a hole in the exterior wall of a China Post outlet yesterday and stole about 40,000 yuan (US$6,516) in Wuhan, capital city of Hubei Province, Chinanews.com reported.

The thief nabbed a bank deposit box containing the money and surveillance camera footage showed a man wearing a helmet and mask entering through the hole at night, the report cited police as saying.

Nearby residents said they didn’t see or hear anything strange that night.

Police added they are still searching for the thief.
