Man crashes car into hospital while rushing sick child into emergency unit

A father crashed his car into the emergency unit of a hospital in east China’s Zhejiang Province while trying to rush his sick daughter to the hospital.
The man, in his 30s and surnamed Shan, was speeding to the hospital in his car after discovering that his 17-month-old daughter was running a very high temperature on Wednesday evening in Tongxiang City, local media Qianjiang Evening News reported.
Worried that the baby’s situation may get worse, Shan sped along the streets to reach the hospital.
He was unable to break in time and crashed his car in the emergency section of the hospital and breaking the door, the newspaper reported.
The hospital said the bay was stable and making a quick recovery.
Shan said he would compensate the hospital for the losses.
