Man dies on road shortly after slaying wife

A man died in a traffic accident on Wednesday in Anhui Province one hour after he killed his wife and severely wounded his mother-in-law, the local Xin'an Evening News reported today.
Local police said the man had murdered his 30-year-old wife and severely injured his mother-in-law just before his motorcycle hit a cyclist and he died in the accident.
The cyclist and the man's 5-year-old daughter who sat on the motorcycle were slightly injured. The girl told police that the motorcyclist was her father who had just killed her mother.
Police confirmed the domestic homicide and are still investigating the cause of the man's death.
