Man kills 2 sons before jumping to death
A man in southern Guangdong Province jumped to his death yesterday after throwing his two young sons, aged 2 and 5, from his eighth-floor balcony, today's Southern Metropolis Daily reported.
The man, surnamed Huang, died on the spot. The two boys died on their way to the hospital.
Police said the man tossed his sons out of his eighth-floor apartment around 2:30pm yesterday and then plunged to death in Conghua City of Guangdong.
Neighbors told the newspaper that Huang quarreled with his wife yesterday morning and threatened to jump off the building.
They said the family quarreled because Huang was addicted to playing computer games and refused to go to work. "We seldom saw him," one neighbor said.
They said Huang's wife and mother were not saddened by his death but they grieved for the two kids. Police didn't confirm the saying and are still investigating the tragic happening.
